The Service is a software (SaaS) subscription: access to our software that processes data from your own vehicle, via your own authorized manufacturer access (BYO, read-only), delivered through your own Telegram bot and a read-only API. It is a digital service — there are no physical goods.
A free demo and a trial period let you evaluate the Service before any payment, so you know what you are subscribing to.
You can cancel anytime. Cancellation stops future renewals; your access continues until the end of the period you already paid for. After that you are not charged again.
If the Service did not work materially as described, or you were charged in error or charged after cancelling, contact us within 14 days of the charge and we will refund it. Because access is granted immediately and the value is digital, we do not otherwise refund the unused part of a current period — but we review every request fairly and in good faith.
For digital services, consumers may have a 14-day right of withdrawal. Because the Service is made available immediately on sign-up, by starting to use it you ask us to begin at once and acknowledge that the statutory withdrawal right may no longer apply once the service has been fully provided. This does not affect the good-faith refunds above.
Wherever you are, the mandatory consumer-protection rights of your own country continue to apply and are not waived by these terms. Independently of any local statute, our good-faith refund policy above applies to everyone — if the Service did not work materially as described, or you were charged in error or after cancelling, contact us and we will make it right.
When payment is processed by our Merchant of Record — Paddle or Polar (the seller of record for the transaction) — refunds may also be requested through them under their own policy; we will assist either way.
Use the /support command in the bot (or the contact channel on the Contact page). We aim to reply in a timely manner — usually within ~48 hours.
