DC9483 is a fault stored in your BMW's memory (an ISTA fault code, not a standard OBD-II P-code).
What it means: Right electromechanical belt retractor (EMA RE): alive-counter error on message 0x12F (terminals) — the module lost synchronisation with the vehicle bus. Most often caused by a weak battery, less often by the connector under the front passenger seat.
