DC5483 is a fault stored in your BMW's memory (an ISTA fault code, not a standard OBD-II P-code).
What it means: Left electromechanical belt retractor (EMA LI): the terminal status message (0x12F) from the CAS access module is not current. Usually a sporadic bus communication glitch, often together with a voltage drop. If it is a one-off, clear it and watch; if it returns, check the battery and the connector under the seat.
