9C98 er en feil som er lagret i BMW-ens minne (en ISTA-feilkode, ikke en standard OBD-II P-kode).
Hva det betyr: Panoramic sunroof — Hall (position) sensor fault. The Hall sensors tell the roof control unit the glass position, speed and direction (also for anti-trap protection). A fault can make the roof misbehave or refuse to close/open correctly. Often fixed by re-initialising (normalising) the sunroof; if it returns, the sensor/motor or roof control unit needs checking. Not a safety-critical engine fault.
