BMW fault code 2BBA00

2BBA00 is a fault stored in your BMW's memory (an ISTA fault code, not a standard OBD-II P-code).

What it means:
Diesel particulate (PM) sensor after the DPF: temperature signal not plausible. Usually the sensor itself or its heater, or moisture/soot inside, or wiring and connector. What to do: inspect the four-pin connector and wires for corrosion or breaks, replace the sensor if the wiring is fine, then clear the code. It also appears when the particulate/AdBlue control has been programmed out.
