26172 is a fault stored in your BMW's memory (an ISTA fault code, not a standard OBD-II P-code).

What it means:
Head unit: IPsec error — a secure connection to BMW servers or the mobile network could not be established. Usually appears together with other connectivity faults (e.g. 3178A). Sporadic fault, usually not critical.
